I just wanted to send a quick note and thank you for sending the replacement shoe string for my baby boys black shoe. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. It reminds me why I buy wee squeaks and what real customer service is all about. Thank you again.
P.S. I've also taken this opportunity to remind my 2 year old why we dont unlace her baby brothers shoes. :)
